Good morning. I saw the exit gate not working when I went to plow my gate. Owners were having to wait for someone to come in in order to drive out the entrance gate. 
 
Should you be the first one leaving the HOA and discover that or any other gate problems please contact me via phone and text asap so I can investigate. While we have very solid gate operators, cold weather and especially snow cause the gates to act up every winter and I will continue to function as the GATE KEEPER to keep us from having to make an expensive service call. Normally the problem with the gate is too much snow build up and the gates get stuck. 
 
We can all help to maintain the proper functioning during snowstorms by some of you driving out with a snow shovel to clear any deep buildups of snow that the gate would run into. 
 
HOA gate security is my primary concern so having functional gates is critical and I need to know when there is a problem to address it.
